Using its Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) technology based manufacturing, InnoSys has revolutionized the design and manufacturing of pulsed and CW SSVD™ TWTs for radar and communication applications. These SSVD™ TWTs operate in K, Ka-, Q-, V-, E- and W-bands and provide superior performance. They especially possess superior manufacturing yield and device reliability advantages. Based on the requirements, these SSVD™ TWTs are offered with broad bandwidth of up to 20%, higher efficiency and very good linearity. SSVD™ TWTs are particularly suitable for vacuum power booster applications in millimeter wave power modules, combined with a solid state driver and integrated power conditioner, to achieve overall high gain, high output with high performance in one package. These millimeter wave power module packages are much smaller, lighter and more efficient than the traditional TWTAs.

Using integrated circuit and/or additive manufacturing fabrication techniques, we have developed SSVD™ triode/tetrode/pentode which either replace exact performance of or offer better performance than traditional vacuum electronic devices (VEDs). These devices and its associated circuits are offered in high temperature capable vacuum packages which are specially developed by InnoSys. These SSVD™ VEDs and their associated circuits have been tested for extreme temperature and harsh to extreme environment operations including radiation, EMP, shock and vibration.

High voltage, high efficiency, high power density and low noise power supplies are available for CW or pulsed applications with our offering of SSVD™ TWTs or other vacuum electronic devices such as Magnetrons and Klystrons and are designed with fully automatic and custom specified protection and functions. Remote control is available with these high voltage power supply product family offerings.

InnoSys now also offers ASIP by integrating our high performance power supplies with lighting hardware, sensors, controls, firmware to provide a network platform and installing the platform with intelligence based on our software to offer application specific sensing and monitoring for various industry applications including smart lighting, smart building, and other commercial and industrial uses.

Our assessment training software addresses the critical need for innovative, efficient training of electricity grid workers to maintain a safe and reliable grid. It uses proven, case-based scenario training methods; within a simulation, trainees are presented with cases where they make decisions and see the consequences of their decisions. The software is capable of assessing trainee performance and provides virtual coaching when/where needed. Other benefits include that cases are realistic – challenging but not overwhelming, and software is simulator (and industry) agnostic and provides automated training, reducing the need for instructors and travel to training sites.
